I’m pretty sure all of his actions were intended. He went looking for trouble. It didn’t matter much to him exactly who he shot, as long as got to kill someone. And a good prosecutor could make that case and put him away for a long, long time.

This is Right Wing White Terrorism and has to be nipped in the bud. I hope we get a judge and jury to see that and act accordingly.
