Those are actual mashed potatoes, the gravy was made from the roast chicken quarters we had the other day. Lots of garlic in it! Kroger fried chicken, Niblets corn. A very nice dinner.

I didn’t doubt your potatoes were mashed. What I like about the Northwood restaurant is whoever mashes their potatoes doesn’t peel them entirely, so they’ve got nice little bits in them.
