You got me curious about this. After all, the only Biden Cabinet Secretary to leave before this was Marty Walsh, Labor Secretary. (Unlike tfg, whose cabinet was a rotating clown show of firings and resignations.)

She committed last fall to to staying on through the rest of Biden’s term. But has since changed her mind.

According to the NYT:
