29 days!?! You waited 29 days before you lost it? That would have been me 3 seconds after the first person I talked to at the bank told me that it would take some time for the problem to be rectified.

Might have been week 2 or 3. I forgot. :D In any event they did shit up until I got pissed off. Same thing happened when my car battery died after owning it for two weeks. “I’m sorry but we don’t have to do anything about that…” Ended up getting pissed off at the first guy’s manager. Finally they came about.
