Thanks. I need to find a way to scare the bigger ones a little because I need to mow the rest of the yard, some of which they are in.

We would get rabbit nesting burrows in the dog yard at our previous house in Nashville. It was no-man land for the occasional coyote.

I did what you did - mow around the burrow.

The older rabbits would hop away from the mower, and the German Shepherds - when they were in the dog yard ignored the rabbits, and concentrated on squirrel exercise modules.
