Lebron James also probably gets watched by 200 times the number of people that a pro women’s game will draw. The women need to do like pro women’s soccer and build significant public interest so that somebody offers the league a billion dollar, 5-year deal, rather than the paltry amount they’re currently contracted for.

What would be interesting would be to compare Larry Bird and Magic Johnson’s salary to theirs.
