Sounds like a newer version of what I have (K1 IdeaPad). Mine doesn’t have USB, but it was the least expensive 32gb tablet around when I bought it early last year.

I don’t know if mine has a name, it only has 16gb internal mem, but I can put 64gb SD cards in it, and also use USB sticks for storage.

It also has front and rear cameras, and a micro hdmi port.

Its a great little tablet, if only I could get it back off the wife.
