Yes folks, DeSantis would be violating the US Constitution by refusing to hand Trump over to NY authorities. All his bluster and bulkshit would be illegal and a violation of the Constitution.

It seems to me Gov. DeSantis would know that, and he’s trying to spin up the wingnut base as “those liberals in New York are trying to make a political arrest, and I’m the one standing in the way to prevent it.”
