In San Diego County, if that property was within 5 miles of the ocean it would go for $2M-$3M (depending upon community.)

.35 acres on a beach…. maybe $10M?

But this isn’t San Diego county. Nor is it the French Riviera or Lake Lugano. It’s inland Florida with neighbors on all sides.
