It would be nice to know where all the money is going and what is happening to the monetary policy of the nation.

The reason why the information is not public is because it would show that the receiving institution is in trouble, people would dump the stock and nobody would do business with them. If this was the case the institutions needing the money wouldn’t apply for it. It would be a death sentence.
