With regards to the earlier bit about the possibility of nukes, I live within an hour’s drive of the US Navy’s largest naval base on the East Coast, it’s master jet base on the East Coast, one of its primary shipyards, and one of its primary Marine training bases. So there’s likely enough nuclear tonnage aimed at this general vicinity that even if half the nukes are duds I’ll likely be wiped out in the initial blast.

So yeah, there’s no Fallout cosplay in my future.
