What advantage does steaming them have in the outcome? Easier to peel, better texture, more consistency, etc…
I’m not a big fan of hard boiled eggs and really only cooked them to put into things (i.e., potato or macaroni salad every once in a while). I do want to start eating them for a convenience, healthy snack/meal and am wondering if I’ve never really cared for them because I don’t cook them very well. So, I’m going to experiment.
