Harris moves into second place for most Senate tiebreaking votes in history

She needs one more to tie John C. Calhoun and 2 more to take the lead. This would make her the most impostant VP in history wrt getting the President’s agenda passed.

And she will easily break the record. Calhoun took 7 years to accumulate 31. While Harris has 30 in less than 3.

We can thank Manchin for this, who voted with the Republicans., He voted agaist a Biden nominee.

I know we hate Manchin, but if he isn’t reelected, he will be replaced by a Republican who will vote against Biden on everything.
