Exit polls not that favorable for Trump.

Only 5% were registered Democrats and 27% were Independents (likely Republican-leaning). He only won 73% of the Registered Republicans. And 26% of those registered Republican voted against Trump. And 24% of white evangelicals voted against Trump. 79% called themselves conservative. Only 3% said liberal.

So, yeah, some democrats likely voted agaist Trump. But a large perecentage of Republicans also voted against Trump.
