And who is going to tell him that? Not to his face, of course: that would be useless, but in any kind of public statement? And by someone who actually KNOWS what the regulations are?
This “I AM the Law!!” attitude is (AFAIK) utter bullshit, yet I have yet to see much, if any, public pushback.
