AIDS treatment mandate somehow violates the RFRA (Religious Freedom Restoration Act).

Create a binding law that grants license to to nonbinding impressions.

Basically, the same logic as “Stand Your Ground”—the actual legal system now incorporates vibes, but only if those vibes can be filtered through acceptable cultural norms.

Religious people will not have to, beforehand, state what they won’t do…they’re the deciders now, in the breach.
