There’s a status conference involving Trump and the 1/6 insurrection. It’s a civil trial, and Judge Mehta is overseeing that case. He’s hoping to streamline proceedings by getting the sides to stipulate to certain facts, especially regarding tweets, the statements at the Ellipsis, etc.

Other other legal news Trump’s team has filed an analysis of Nathan Wade’s cell phone data that potentially shows Wade and Willis lied about when their relationship began. Not sure how the defense team got the cell tower records, seems like something you would need a subpoena for.
