Jennifer Rubin going back to her “roots” has been yakking up Icky Nikki as well. (I really thought Jen was coming over from the dark side, but…)

In sum, Haley has shown she has political skills few other Republicans possess. If she really is as politically deft as I think, she will leave in the next few months and start her own “listening” tour. Coming soon to a state fair in Iowa? Watch for it.

SRSLY? Nikki Haley is a sort of Chauncey Gardner of Republican politics: not much of a record, little to recommend her, no real “talents” other than being a faithful GOP drone, and generally not (politically) slipping in puddles of her own vomit. That, and being a “model minority”, of course. And she shows up (which, unfortunately, counts for more than it should).
Yet somehow, this run-of-the-mill party hack keeps getting mentioned ever and anon as some sort of Great Republican Hope For The Future. Bleccch.
