And while I agree with that, it’s been my observation over the decades that SCOTUS can certainly surprise us all every now and then.

I’m not a lawyer, nor a judge, much less a Supreme Court Justice, so while it seems to me they’d deny certiorari, well….you never know.

They may grant cert just to avoid the whole OUTRAGE!!!1!111one associated with a perceived “failure to exhaust all options,” namely, that he didn’t get a fair chance before SCOTUS because they just denied him outright.
