It’s that way to the Far Left, too. Many people on the far edges of the political spectrum are “Failed Historian” conspiracists. Such people use conspiracy theories to explain away the cognitive dissonance that results when the world refuses to produce the results demanded by their ideology.

As much as you’d like to trot out the MBF on this, there is ABSOLUTELY no comparison between the RWNJs in today’s GOP and the moonbats who happen to reside in the Democratic Party.

The moonbats have largely been sidelined and marginalized from any real power in the Democratic Party for years, while the RWNJs have been steadily mainstreamed in the GOP and are more-or-less in control of the party.
