Well these people on Surons and higher powered electric motorcycles are outside the class of ebikes. They go 40+ MPH. I’m OK with up to a class 3+ e-bike up to 28 MPH with either pedal assist or throttle. That can be necessary with blended bike/traffic lanes. These 3000-10,000W EVs need to be classified as licensed motor vehicles.
