Teachers will be expected to pay for their guns and training out of their salaries just like all the other classroom equipment they have to pony up for…

And if the public schools can’t afford this, and aren’t allowed to raise taxes on the public than the schools can just be closed and the (poor and minority) children sent to work in the mines and factories to keep them off the street.
