Mr. Reich, we have a right to speak freely. We DON’T have a right to be heard by millions of people. Or anyone at all, for that matter.

He is addressing the issue that Twitter occupies a near-monopoly position on the market. That is a matter we should find some way of dealing with, but not necessarily by interfering with how Twitter chooses to do business.
