I wonder how much this is related to Greg Abbott’s recent India visit, where he was drumming up support for Indian investments in Texas, at the same time there was a Republican-made “border crisis” on the southern border.

I wonder if there there is a better article for this? I looked at the article from my phone (because Texas observer is blocked by work for some weird reason), but it claimed liquid Hydrogen had to be stored at -500 Farhenheit. (spelling theirs), which is below absolute zero.)
