The Dems could have subpeonaed that evidence when the case was in the House. But it takes time for it to go through the process.

They rushed it. Why would they do that? Because they want this done before the election. Which shows how much of a sham it is

So yes, kind of important that your judges would have kept stalling the subpoena hearings until November (and at any rate, the eventual ruling would prolly have been “quash”.)
