I think I am leaning the other way. If we cannot trust someone who has been released from prison, then why are they released? I think there are enough one time criminals who deserve a second chance as full Citizens.

So you believe that, once released from prison, a felon should have no restrictions placed upon them? That once you leave prison, society is to treat you as though you did nothing wrong to begin with?
