Maybe if the PA and Hamas prioritized peace over armed conflict and anti-Semitism, they could build a functioning economy. They are sitting in the same geographic area as Israel, with the benefit of allegedly friendly neighbors, yet they cannot generate sufficient GDP to support their bloated bureaucracy. SIlly, and sad.
