Suggested countermeasures:

1. Install systems allowing Internet and cell service in a transportation system to be disabled in case of mass protests.

2. Remove personal information of key government workers (police and firefighters especially) from network accessibility. This would involve disconnecting some computers from their networks and in other cases setting up networks that have no connection to the larger Internet.

3. Expand law enforcement training for riot control and set up facilities in other major cities to hold detainees from mass arrests.

Or. Get a really good firewall and more importantly real-time monitoring.

Otherwise, that list will make them paranoid! You’re one of them! Run for the hills!
