Awful optimistic of you. I expect that they’ll come back tomorrow, pass this dog’s breakfast that’s on the table, and then boast to the public about how they cut taxes.

But tonight is the deadline. Everything is reset after midnight and the Bush tax cuts end. Any new tax cuts would require new legislation.
