We do the Japanese New Year meal with all the stuff symbolizing longevity, happiness, hard work and prosperity, etc. To be honest, I’d prefer a good bratwurst.

There is no such thing as bad bratwurst.

Only bratwurst as grilled by an inattentive chef.

Now I’m salivating. Dammit.
