The Manhattan trial, being in state court on state charges not involving anything to do with his presidency, is not on hold.

I’m sure Trump will once again demand that this trial be moved to Federal Court. Why wouldn’t he? IT will be another stall, and because his cult members are paying the lawyer fees, he can keep doing this at no cost to himself.
