The initial smell is the good stuff. Wait 48 hours…and THAT smell lasts 6 weeks. (My Lambchop got skunked once. It sucked.)

I’ve dealt with many *many* dogs being skunked. The rumor is true, tomato juice.

The animal’s disposition when getting slathered in tomato juice, that’s another story.
