The defamation cases are in SDNY (before Judge Kaplan). The civil fraud case is in State Supreme Court. They have a similar form and requirements.

Bottom line. He’s got to make liquid nearly $500 million presently, because he’s going to lose these appeals on the law and the merits. Bond only delays that to an extent.
