back in the Big One, the Canadians were mauled at Dieppe and never complained, then their tankers were pounded taking Cherbourg and I mean pounded…they never choked, they never backed up, they just hammered away until the Germans fled into the Falaise Gap, and all under the ultimate command of US Allied commanders…they were stout and unforgiving fighters and our GI’s loved them…all hail to the fallen
