Pence is dirty, and it wouldn’t surprise me if Ryan is too. We could end up with President Hatch. Disgusting as that would be, we might want to end the purge there since the next guy in line is Mr. Exxon himself, Tillerson, who might be the dirtiest of all.

In that scenario, Hatch would simply be a caretaker POTUS until 2020. Then we’d have an open field for candidates; I doubt very highly that he’d make grab for the brass ring himself.
