The inner tweet isn’t rendering, and if I copy it, preview takes me back to the outer tweet, so I can’t tell if there’s some snark going on or what. But, DFW is building like mad because people are moving here in large numbers. If you find Rockwall on the east side of Dallas and start from there and make a box of about 30x30 miles, I can tell you there are somewhere around 40-50,000 homes being built right now in that area.
