She’s incompetent because she’s speaking the common language of people who are not versed in law… right. To me, that actually bespeaks a higher intelligence, recognizing that many laypeople would understand the concept better as phrased, as opposed to the technically correct explanation.

She probably doesn’t know the difference between a clip and a magazine either.
